我们通过与用人部门及HR的深入沟通，明确岗位核心诉求、团队文化、发展方向，输出岗位分析报告。
We work closely with your hiring managers and HR to identify the role’s core requirements, team culture, and strategic context — delivering a precise job brief.
第1步2.签约与预付款签订
Signing & Initial Retainer
签署正式合作协议后，我们启动项目。此阶段将收取总费用的30%作为预付款，用于启动搜索、调研与初轮筛选。
Upon signing a formal agreement, we initiate the search process.
A 30% retainer fee is collected at this stage to cover research, mapping, and early-stage screening.

Note: The retainer ensures project commitment and resource allocation — a standard in executive search engagements.

For each shortlisted candidate, we provide an in-depth evaluation report and coordinate interviews, collecting feedback to fine-tune the match.
第4步5.录用协商与入职支持
Offer Management & Onboarding
我们协助客户进行薪酬谈判与录用流程，保障人选顺利入职，并在入职后持续跟进。
We support offer negotiation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful placement.
第5步6.尾款支付
Final Payment
候选人正式入职后，我们收取剩余70%的服务费用，并提供入职后90天跟踪保障。
Upon candidate’s successful onboarding, the remaining 70% balance is invoiced. We offer a 90-day post-placement guarantee.
